Originally from the Bay Area of California, Charles Rice Goff III is a prolific solo audio and multimedia artist; was a member of seminal 1980s/1990s avant garde groups Disism and Herd Of The Ether Space, as well as Turkey Makes Me Sleepy, The Magic Potty Babies, and -ING. He operates the Taped Rugs Productions label of Kansas City.
